3   Bonless Chicken Breasts
8 oz Sour Cream
1   Red Onion
1 can Green Chilis
tsp Garlic
tsp Chili Powder
tsp Salt
tsp Pepper
tsp Cumin
16 oz Colby/Monterey Jack Cheese
    Flour Tortillas
Directions: Spray casserole pan with PAM.  Boil chicken breasts until done and add all ingredients except cheese and tortillas in sauce pan just until hot.  Fill tortillas with meat and cheese.  Roll and put in pan.  Put sour cream and cheeses on top.  Place in oven at 350 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted.
