Ingredients:
1 can Whole Tomatoes
½   bell pepper (chopped)
½   onion (chopped)
6 or 7   Jalapeño slices
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
½ tsp Garlic Powder
3 tbsp Vinegar
½   Tomato (chopped)
2   Green Onions (chopped)
Directions: Blend all ingredients except for the 1/2 tomato (chopped) and the 2 green onions (chopped).  Add these two ingredients for texture at the end.
