Serves: 15 to 20
2 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
2 sticks Butter
cup Cocoa
1 cup Oil
1 tsp Soda
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Vanilla
2   Eggs(beaten)
cup Buttermilk
1 box Powdered Sugar
cup Pecans
Directions: Sift flour & sugar in bowl.  Combine 1 stick of butter, cup cocoa, oil and 1 cup water in sauce pan, bring to a boil.  Add to sugar and flour mixture and mix well.  Stir in soda, salt, cinnamon, 1 tsp vanilla, eggs and cup buttermilk.  Pour into a 17 x 11 greased baking pan.  Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes or until cake test is done.  Cool for 5 minutes.

Combine remaining stick of butter, cup cocoa and 1/3 cup buttermilk in sauce pan.  Bring to a boil.  Blend in powdered sugar and remaining 1 tsp of vanilla.  Stir in pecans.  Spread over warm cake.
