1 lbs Round Steak
3 tbs Butter
tsp Thyme
tsp Sage
tsp Basil
3 tbs Crisco
1 package Noodles
1 can Tomato Sauce
1 cup Water
1   Onion (chopped)
1 tsp Salt
tsp Pepper
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 clove Garlic
3 oz Milk
Directions: Pound Steak;  Spread with Butter;  Sprinkle with Spices;  Brown in Crisco;  Add Tomato Sauce & Remaining Ingredients;  Cover;  Simmer 1 1/2 Hours or until meat is tender & sauce is thick;  Remove Garlic;  Take Steak from Sauce (Remove String);  Boil Egg Noodles;  Serve with Salad & Peas
