X-51 [Machine Man]
Machine Man takes down the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. As he does, he discovers he can detect mutants and instantly analyze their abilities and exploit their weaknesses. When he is damaged during the battle, he senses nanotechnology at work inside of him, rebuilding him instantly.  He is the ultimate mutant hunter, a fusion of the Master Mold, Bastion, and himself. During his last appearance before he was deactivated, he copied his essence into an nearby LMD (Life Model Decoy) who later took the name "Jack Kubrick." After defeating the Brotherhood, X-51 flies away to discover more about his new abilities and to rediscover the man in him, Aaron Stack. It is also revealed that Mystique and the Brotherhood were hired by Sebastian Shaw to go after Machine Man, for reasons known only to himself.
