This is the seventh issue of two interweaving mini-series. The eighth issue is Domination Factor: Avengers 4.8.

The FF and Avengers must merge with their alternate counterparts in order to come up with a plan to fix the timelines.  It is revealed that the Doctor Strange that they have been getting advice from is none other than Loki himself.
