Spider-Man 2099

Miguel and Xina go to Mexico, and run into Gabe and Kasey.  Miguel is flashblinded by a weird light, and gets away from the others to investigate.  He runs into Strange, and they team up to find out what is happening.

Dash showed up in the previous issue as the driver of the transport of dead people.  Now we know where Miguel met him.

Miguel runs away, but a kind cab driver named Dash convinces him to return and testify against Kron.
