Green Lantern Co-Starring Green Arrow

Green Arrow has no facial hair in this story.

Colonel Krisp has captured Black Canary to force Green Arrow to kill the President, but Green Arrow double crosses him.  Meanwhile, the 2 Green Lanterns are rescued from a neutron star by some aliens, who cure Hal Jordan's malady of the soul with a Telluratron, just in time for the 2 Green Lanterns to return to Earth, rescue Black Canary and help Green Arrow.
