Cordelia is mad at Xander and, while talking to the new girl at school, Anya, decides that all of the troubles started with Buffy.  She makes a wish that Buffy had never come to Sunnydale and it is granted.  In the no-Buffy version of Sunnydale, vampires run amok and life is very different for Cordeila, for as long as it lasts.
