As Willow deals with Oz's leaving, Riley decides that he likes Buffy and asks her for help.  Spike wakes up in some form of prison and is warned against drinking the blood provided for him.  He escapes and Buffy goes out looking for him to end things once and for all.  Riley and his frat brothers, it is revealed, are working for Maggie Walsh in some kind of government facility and are tasked with retrieving Spike.  Spike goes after Willow but can't bite her for some reason.  When Buffy and Riley and his commandos show up in the dorm hallway, things get crazy.
