Joyce comes through her surgery okay so, while Buffy and Riley celebrate with some alone time, Dawn spends the night with Anya and Xander.  When Riley sneaks out of the house, Spike follows him.  When he shows Buffy where Riley went, things start to fall apart.  Riley decides to take up his old army buddies on a trip to kill vampires out of the country and Buffy is not sure that she wants to stop him from going.
