It's the first day of high school for Dawn as she goes to the newly rebuilt Sunnydale High.  Buffy takes her to class and weirdness starts the first day.  When Dawn and two others are attacked by dead former school attendees, Buffy has to step in.  During the action, Buffy also finds Spike living in the basement, apparent somewhat insane.
