The First tells Caleb to let Buffy go.  She runs to the sewers and saves the Potentials from three Ubervamps and they make it back home.  Buffy gets Xander to force Dawn away from Sunnydale and then heads to a tomb to find answers on the scythe.  She meets a Guardian, one who watches the Watchers, and she tells Buffy about the weapon.  Caleb shows up and breaks the Guardian's neck and Buffy must fight.  Helped by Angel, who suddenly shows up, Buffy kills Caleb with a blow to the stomach.  Buffy kisses Angel as Spike looks on from the shadows with the First.
