After Angel helps Kate capture a wanted mobster, Kate and several of her fellow officers are assigned sensitivity training.  The class has a strange affect on her and the other officers causing chaos.  While Angel investigates the cause, he is also inflicted with the curse.  The mobster escapes and tries to kill Kate.  An over emotional Angel help to save Kate's life.
