Angel asks Cordelia and Wesley to do research on the Hyperion Hotel, a run down abandonded building that Angel lived in many years ago.  They discover that a demon has been there and the groups goes to confront it.  It had been living on the guilt of a woman for all these years for having turned Angel over to a mob when he lived there.  Afterwards, Angel recovers a bag of money that he had stashed way back when acquires the building to replace his offices that were destroyed last season.
