There have been many reports by the kids at Anne's shelter of cops attacking people.  Gunn goes on patrol trying to get video of this while Wesley and Cordelia work on the eye girl.  Angel, in the meantime, is confronted by a cop that will not die.  Angel goes to Kate and tells her that there are zombie cops on the street and she help him get into the precinct that these are out of.  Wesley goes to help Gunn when a zombie cop shoots him.  They try to get to the hospital but can only make it as far as the shelter.  As the cops attack the shelter, Angel confront the man responsible.  Later, when Angel checks up on Wesley, Coredlia tells him to leave and that they can get along fine without him.
