A cyborg interupts a deal that Wesley and Fred are at.  They stop it and take it back for studies.  Meanwhile, Wesley's father shows up and tells him he is evaluating him for reinstatement to the newly reformed Watcher's Council.  When the cyborgs show up at Wolfram & Hart, Wesley has to make a tough decision.
