A mixup at a mental institution allows an inmate to escape, one with incredible power.  The group discover that she was abducted and tortured as a child and that she also has Slayer powers.  Andrew shows up, Giles representative, and fills the group in on what Buffy and Willow did by enabling all Potentials to become Slayers.  Angel and Spike go after the Slayer by their own methods.  After the Slayer is captured, Andrew and several other Slayers show up to take her into custody.  He informs Angel that they no longer trust Angel now that he's CEO of Wolfram & Hart.
