A mysterious sarcophagus shows up in Fred's lab and she is infected when it opens.  One of the ancient ones is trying to get into our world through Fred and Angel and Spike head to England to stop the infection at the source.  Wesley comforts Fred as she is slowly dying.  Gunn finds out that Knox is responsible for the delivery of the sarcophagus but only due to a deal he made with the doctor to permanently restore his law knowledge.
