The Doctor and Rose head to Rose's house to find that ghosts are appearing all over the world.  The Doctor investigates and points himself to the Torchwood building.  When the ghosts eventually solidify, everyone finds out that they've been invaded by Cybermen.  But that's not all...  A void ship that Torchwood has been examing and which caused the crack between the universes to begin with, opens up to reveal Daleks inside.
