This episode starts off with some girls in a stolen police car trying to escape form a space station. The authorities set the Dobermans after them. All but two are killed trying to escape in a space shuttle headed to Earth. Later Leon and Daley investigate the crash site finding that it is the ORCA-4 from the SDPC (Space Development Corporation).

Linna and Nene are introduced by Priss to the new beautiful girl in town, Sylvie. Sylia meets with Fargo in a bar where her tells her that SDPC has a prototype of the DD Airborne Battle Mover which seems to have landed on Earth. He also tells her that GENOM has nothing to do with this one.

Nene and Leon discover that two more bodies have shown up with marks on their necks and drained of blood. This is the eighth case like this. Nene thinks it a vampire while Leon thinks they might be Boomers, Type 33-S that had an artificial blood supply, but these were supposed to have been banned. Sylia tells Nene later that this type were originally sexaroid toys but were used also to synch with advanced weapons systems. Nene tells Sylia about Sylvie and she becomes suspicious.

Sylvie has been attacking the people for their blood to keep Anri alive. She tells her that once they have the data disk they will be able to live under their own power. Later Sylvie kills Flint and gets the data disk but she is chased by some guard Boomers. Leon finds out about the DD Unit and takes a helicopter to go patrolling. Sylvie is chased by the Boomers off of a broken bridge. Leon sees the Boomers firing at her and follows. At the bottom of the drop off is the DD Unit which Sylvie uses to destroy the Boomers but not after getting wounded herself. Leon suits up into battle armor and heads out. When the DD Unit sees Leon, the fail safes go offline and the machine synchs with Sylvie. The DD Unit all but wastes Leon when the Knight Sabers show up. They defeat the DD unit but not before it starts the self destruct mode, a nuclear device. Priss must kill Sylvie in order to stop the destruction.
