This episode starts of in Houston, Texas on March 26, 2033. Vision is giving a concert there.

GENOM talks with Gulf and Bradley about a joint venture into military Boomers. After the meeting they are attacked on the ground floor by a large military unit hidden in a semi truck. It kills everyone but the Dr McLaren before the Police arrive and run it off.

Later, on a plane that heading back to Tokyo, Ms Vision talks about "not going back" to her friend. She holds a press conference and then "disappears." We find out that Vision's real name is Reika and she is the sister of Irene who died at the hands of GENOM Boomers in episode two Born to Kill. A "Live Crab" truck leaves.

In the new lab at GENOM Doctor McLaren is working on some weapons tests. They are attacked by the same military unit from Houston piloted by Reika and Kou. When Reika is reluctant to shoot a man they are attacked by guard Boomers and driven off.

Leon investigates the incident and comes up against a brick (ceramic) wall when he tries to look further into the lab. Sylia meets with Fargo at a fair and he gives her the job of body guarding (without his knowledge) Dr McLaren. Sylia doesn't like the job but at 50 million she can't refuse. Leon, in the meantime, is once again pulled from the investigation by "up stairs." Nene gets tickets to the Vision concert and Leon and Daley get two weeks paid leave to "not investigate."

While the Knight Sabers are watching the hotel where Dr McLaren is, they see Leon in the coffee shop doing the same. Leon and the girls independently come up with the fact that the "attackers" aren't trying to kill Dr Mclaren but capture him. Dr Mclaren orders up a girl and Reika shows up under the name Irene. She uses a poison needle in her ring to knock him out. As they take him to the hospital, Priss suits up and the call girl leaves the room. Priss follows the ambulance and Linna follows the Reika. Priss stops the ambulance but is attacked by the military unit but the pilot cannot finish her off. He leaves her with a broken arm as Sylia arrives to pick her up. Linna follows Reika to the graveyard where she is placing flowers on Irene's grave. She gets captured.

Kou gets a call from Mr Chang head of the Hou Bang. Kou swears that he sill protect Reika with his life. Reika confides in Linna, who has discovered that she is really Vision, that she will use Dr Mclaren as bait to get to Quincy. Kou sets up a meeting with Quincy in return for Dr Mclaren at which time he will give his demands.

Quincy leaves for the meeting just as Nene cracks the database on Hou Bang. Priss finds Linna and they suit up to follow as well. Kou shoots Quincy as the Knight Sabers arrive and save Dr Mclaren. Quincy turns out to be a Boomer. Reika and Kou get in the Combat Unit and a Doberman leaves the helicopter to attack. Reika sets the self destruct in order to kill the Doberman but it catches her before she can eject. Linna saves her at the last minute and GENOM's new "town" goes up in flames.

Linna, when she discovers that Reika will sacrifice her career for revenge on Quincy, trades her Hou Bang ring for the engagement ring that she got from Irene's body in Born to Kill. Leon finally arrives with Nene and Daley. They arrest De Mclaren for breaking the Armament Construction Laws. They thank Reika for her help and escort her to the Vision concert.
