The Knight Sabers have been set up by the AD Police to look like terrorists. Linna has fallen and her batteries are low. She's attacked by an AD Police K suit when Priss and Nene save her. Priss attacks the AD Police. The police begin to get the upper hand when Sylia shows up in her white hardsuit to save the day.
A young boy rides in an airplane and shows up at Sylia's. It turns out that he is Maki, Sylia's little brother. Sylia goes to check on the hardsuits that Nigel is working on and tells him about her wearing her suit again. He tells her she shouldn't do that and alludes to something more. Meanwhile, Henderson shows Maki to his room and welcomes him to Tokyo. Maki thanks him and when he leaves takes a picture out of Sylia as a young girl and someone else.
Mason and Quincy talk about the Shoen project and about the increasing number of Boomer incidents. We find out, after Mason closes the call from Quincy, that he is searching the rubble from the earthquake for something.
Maki, back at Sylia's, somehow finds Nigel working on Nene's hardsuit and tries to talk to him. He gets reprimanded by Sylia. Maki starts talking about how Nigel seems to have an affinity for machines when Sylia goes off on him. Later, Maki takes Nigel some food and is "allowed" to watch him work.
Linna calls Nene and learns that the hardsuit are tied somehow to the strengths of the wearer.
Maki is allowed to help Nigel and goes off to the storage unit to get a part. Since he doesn't know his way around yet, he walks in on the girls getting dressed which, of course, sparks some trouble.
