After having been kicked out of Las Vegas, Kolchak is in Seattle where he once again finds Tony Vincenzo who gives him a job.  His first assignment is to investigate the murder of a strangled young woman.  When he notices some similarities with other murders that have happened every 21 years since the 1860's, his boss and the police become sceptical.  Once again Kolchak gets a the story that no one will print and fired in the process.
