Logan tricks Max into going with him to a small town where he can talk to the sheriff about some police brutality that happened at the time of the pulse.  They find a young boy that is treated strangely by the people there.  What they discover goes back to the pulse days when the town had turned on a family that they thought may have had somthing to do it.
