The older brother, Russel, allows Ed and Al to escape and heals Fletcher's wounds with the red stone.  Mugear, under orders from Lust, tells the boys that they need to step up the project.  The boys refuse and are imprisoned.  Ed and Al show up pretending to want to help Mugear but they set Fletcher and Russel free instead.  In the process, though, the red water starts to build up pressure and to escape the well where it can harm the town.  The two sets of brothers must work together to save everyone.
