After repairs are complete the two brothers arrive in Central and make their way to the library.  Armstrong passes them off to two other guards where they learn that the First Library has been mostly destroyed.  It was destroyed the night before as witnesses place Scar in the area.  Almost hopeless, Ed remembers a young girl who used to work there and visits her in the off chance that she might know anything.
