Ianto sneaks a doctor who specializes in cybernetic into Torchwood where we discover Lisa, a half-cyberized girl and Ianoto's girlfriend.  She was partially converted in the London branch of Torchwood and Ianto has been working secretly to keep her alive and eventually to cure her.  When the doctor enables Lisa to operate on her own without the external breathing aparatus, she begins trying to perform upgrades.  It up to Torchwood to put a stop to it before it gets out of hand.
