When Torchwood is about to capture a Weavil, another group of people show up and beat them to it.  This leads to an investigations into who is kidnapping and apparantly torturing Weavils.  Meanwhile Gwen, feeling guilty about cheating on her boyfriend, confesses to him about her and Owen.  She cheats, however, and gives him an amnesia drug beforehand.  Owen goes undercover in order to find out more about the Weavil-nappers and ends up in a "Flight Club" like arena where people lock themselves into a cage with the creatures.
