More people board the Galactica and the Sagittarons bring with them a disease.  What makes things worse is their religious beliefs that prohibit taking medications for the curable disease.  The care of the sick is left to a civilian doctor while the managing to the refuges is put in Helo's hands.  After some of the Sagittarons die even after they finally accept treatment, Helo begins to suspect that the doctor may be behind it.  After being brushed off by Tigh, Doc Cottle and Adama, he begins an investigation himself.  This causes friction, even with his wife, about his true motives.
