Buzz is working for Branch, a secret division of the AD Police.  There have been some incidents of Boomers going rogue with strange transmitters on them.  Buzz investigates a new Boomer drug that's been found with his partner Kimbell (also a Boomer).  Buzz discovers that the new drug is actually a nano-cure for defective Boomers sent out by Genom.  Meanwhile, Michaelson discovers a group of people who are getting off on the full sensory transmission of the latest spree of rogue Boomers.
