A long fight ensues in which Freesia is worn down.  Jiyu's fever reaches a point where Ayunosuke must help cool her.  Jiyu uses Matodori to disarm Freesia.  When she talks to Freesia, Freesia  sees  her father.  Jiyu then strikes at her.  Freesia is able to overcome her feelings and uses Matodori to stop Jiyu's sword.  They hug and all is well with the world.  Suddenly Kita's father makes his entrance granting his earlier request to give him stength.
