Bandits show up at Pacifica and company's camp.  Before Shannon and Raquel make a move, a strange and inept knight shows up to save the day.  The only problem is that he overshoots his mark and runs into a barn.  Shannon and Raquel take over from there.  The knight follows them and tells them his name is Leopold Scorpse, from a noted family.  He is on a quest to see Doyle Barrett to get into the Amber Knights, an elite force.  When the trio discovers that Doyle Barrett went missing about the time Pacifica was born, they want to see him also.  At a lake while Pacifica and Leo are swimming, a dragon appears (looking like a huge frog).  A young girl floats nearby.  She does something to the frog which then becomes an image of a woman.  She tells Pacifca that she just needs to tell her to rest and, when she does, the woman disapates.
