Shannon is battling Socom and CZ when the Gigas arrive.  He informs them that Pacifica has been stabbed and Seness agrees to help him seek revenge.  Meanwhile, Pacifica appears to have died but her blood begins to move into a pattern on the floor and her body disappears as Raquel grabs for her.  The dragoon, the Gigas and the peacemakers are thrown out of the world into space while the rest of the world become frozen.  The battle continues as Shannon and Zepheris, with the help of the Gigas, are able to destroy the two remaining peacemakers.  Meanwhile, Pacifica appears on a grassy hillside next to the woman who looks like her.  This woman tells her that she is Cilia Mauser, the person responsible for the caging of humanity.  She has grown tired after 5000 years and has decided to leave the fate of humanity up to Pacifica.  Pacifica tells her that she likes the world she lives in but at the same time, she thinks that humanity should have the freedom to make their own choices, whether thay known about their cage or not.  With this, Cilia causes the separate cage to merge back with the Earth and delivers a final message to humanity before she joins her long dead brother and sister.
