In orbit around Lobnas II, the Basroil is simultaneously contacted by four people claiming to be leaders on the planet Meideen, Dokufu, Lala and Angusson.  Lafiel decides that they will deal with Meideen since he is the administrative head.  Jinto heads down to the planet in order to set in motion the process to get food to the people.  Once there is finds out that this is a prison planet.
