Motoko arrives at a hospital where one of her friends works.  She tells her about a case where a patient received a heart transplant and yet the donor never agreed to it.  When the matter was reported to the police, the investigator was injured in an accident.  Motoko and company, with  Chief Aramaki's go ahead, track down the dealers in illegal organ smuggling.
