The Tachikomas are sent back to the lab after they exhibit too much independence.  Batou is assigned a case that involves a spy within a Japanese Self-Defense Force training camp.  Batou goes undercover to draw out the man suspected but gets a little too close to the one time champion fighter and his wife.
