Togusa and Chief Aramaki arrive at the Prime Minister's offices with a report on Secretary-General Yakushima's involvement in the Laughing Man affair.  The Prime Minister tells them that this is too volatile at the moment and so will sit on it.  Later, Chief Aramaki learns that their ruse to draw out information from Serano has been discovered and that Section 9 is being fingered as the Laughing Man.  Section 9 is being disbanded with extreme prejudice and it's up to each member to survive on their own.
