Marlene starts to notice that Yuji is getting more and more single minded in his need to destroy the Blue.  As Marlene acts more and more as Yuji once did with respect to humanity, she sees him doing just the opposite.  He will stop at nothing to kill Blue, even if it means going through his own teammates and innocent bystanders.
