Leona's ex-partner winds up dead and the Puma girls witness it.  When Leona hears about it she gets turned down by the Chief to investigate her death.  She leaves the force to work on her own but, evidently this is what the Chief and the Mayor wanted all along.  She gets inside the company that her partner was in and discovers that they are making cyborgs.  As she's going under for the treatment, she thinks she hears Banaparte's engine...
