The DSA are hired by a mysterious woman to get a vial.  The DSA inadvertantly work against the Black Scissors, their "next door neighbors" to get it.  In the process, Mikura saves the life of a young girl named Asami caught in the middle of it all.  Eventually they discover that they've been hired by the ghost of a woman who is against her killer regaining his memories of the deed and who also wants to protect the man that is out for vengeance.
