Keiichi Ikari's wife has bad news about her health and Lil' Slugger shows up.  She decides that she no longer needs him though and gives him a piece of her mind.  Keiichi, meanwhile, is working several jobs since losing his detective position and wishes for the good ol' days along with an ex-convict that he once put away.
