Rimmer convinces Lister that he's getting overweight and out of shape and that that, if they swap bodies, he can do something about it.  Once Rimmers get a taste of the real life again, he doesn't exactly do as he promised he would.  Later, the self destruct system is activated on Red Dwarf when Lister orders some food.
