The nuclear power plant is about to go critical and SEED (the group Chris is affiliated with) is there to help.  Juna is unable to fully cope with her new powers as Arjuna but she tries.  When she discovers that she can use the great bow named Gandiva but she is unable to kill the Raaja.  In her paniced state she summons Ashura the Protector of Time.  Ashura is not necessarily a good thing since it operates on the emotions of the one who summoned him.  Chris, telling Juna that her job is cleanse the Raaja and not kill them, takes over.  Juna, seeing the potential destruction and the weakened state Chris is inm, goes back to help him and the SEED operative there.
