The huge fortress near Hawaii is broadcasting Beethoven to the world.  The Library staff are working on the analysis of the Yomiko's book they took before it was stolen.  The Paper, Miss Deep and Drake are charged with stopping a rocket from launching on the fortress before it can reach orbit and broadcast the Suicide Symphony and wipe out human life on Earth.
