Confronted by Sonny Wong, a supreme paper master, the girls are stumped.  Maggie volunteers to stay with Wong while Anita and Michelle head off to find Nenene.  Nenene, meanwhile, is in a center where the agents of Dokusensha are attempting to rewrite parts of her brain to make her more pliable to their will.  Also in the building is Joker and Wendy with the book that Junior acquired.  As the rescue attempt continued, Michelle and Anita are separated and it comes down to Anita going it alone.  For some reason due to the activities in the building, Dokusensha has decided to abandon the site.  Lee is about to kill Nenene as a failed mission when Anita arrives.  Now, can the three sisters rescue Nenene, defeat Wong and all of the building guards and escape before the building and most of the city is engulfed in flood?
