As the scientists meet with the King about the energy they've found in the Zone, the King's quarters are blown apart.  Princess Tina as near when it happened and is gravely injured.  The King, knowing that she will soon die, orders the scientists to reincarnate her using the Zone energy Orsel.  When they succeed, the King makes one more demand, that they turn Tina into a living weapon so that his wrath will be felt on anyone attempting something like this again.  The news of the princess's death leaks out as well as the weapon and news reaches the King's brother.  He gets Seth and Tina by having her mother, whom she thought was dead, write her a note.  When they visit they discover that her mother is married to Georca, the King's brother.  Georca also kidnaps Hiisuma who has just completed the control unit for the Orsel inside Tina.  He uses this to turn her into the weapon that she is.
