Now that Naru thinks she knows who Keitaro made his promise with so many years ago, she decides that she needs to tell him.  Meanwhile, Keitaro's grandmother returns and begins making repairs to the Inn.  This means that everyone must find temporary lodging for a couple of days.  It also means that Keitaro may be returning home since he's no longer needed an manager and his grades are still not good enough to get in to Tokyu U.  He doesn;t want to go home so he stays over at Mutsumi's house.  Naru heads over there to talk to him and when she opens the door finds him and Mitsumi in an apparently compromising position.
