A mysterious man known only as V begins systematically taking over New York's crime scene.  After examining his calling cards it appears that Sara's father is the one passing them out.  When she sees him in a limo, she goes to Irons' house to talk to Nottingham about it.  They she meets her "father" and must overcome her feelings at seeing him with the knowledge of what he really is.
