Houquet and Ray fight off Inbit when a man shows up and runs them off somehow.  Houquet takes a bullet out of his arm and discovers that he's half machine.  Later they meet up with the rest of the gang and discover that they are about to go after the Rainy Boy, a man who is killing soldiers.  Houquet can't believe it when she sees a picture of Rainy Boy and it is the same man she helped earlier.
